RETURNS

If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you may return regular priced items for a full refund provided it is sent back within 14 days of receipt. All sale items are final and cannot be returned.

Please note that in order for your return to be accepted, all return merchandise must be returned in it's original condition, unworn, undamaged, and have all original tags attached in the original packaging. Returns that are not in appropriate condition will be rejected and sent back.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Include your invoice with your return/exchange as well as your order# on the outside of the package. All returned handbags must be securely placed within original wrapping and include all accessories. Please pack your return in protective packaging for shipment

Once we have received your package, your refund will be processed within 10 business days. You will be notified via email at the email address listed on your account when your order was placed. Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from us (typically 3-5 business days). Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • A one-time $20 restocking and processing fee will be deducted from all returns. This processing fee will be deducted from your refund.

RETURN SHIPPING

Please pack the return shipment using all original packaging materials and secure the return label to the top of the box.

REFUNDS

We will send you an email once your return has been received to let you know whether or not your return has been accepted. If your return is approved, then your refund will be processed within 10 business days, and a credit will applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Note that it may take several weeks for the credit to appear on your credit card statement. Any questions regarding the status of your refund should first be addressed to your credit card company. If your return is not accepted, we will notify you via email with our explanation, and we will return the merchandise to you.

Please note : Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

EXCHANGES

We only replace items that are received defective or damaged upon receipt.

Items indicated as “Final Sale” at the time of purchase are not eligible for return, exchange or merchandise credit.

REPAIRS

Please email photos of the damages on your bag to info@rafe.com. We do not offer repairs but can recommend companies that may be able to fix your bag. If repairing your bag is not possible we can assess next steps on a case by case basis.
